In April of 2015 ReconMR completed a telephone survey on behalf of Altarum the primary contract holder for delivering research and analysis to the DoD. TRICARE is the DoD’s health care insurance program. The TRICARE Standard Survey of Beneficiaries (TSS-B) is a mail/web survey of TRICARE beneficiaries asking them about various aspects of the health care they receive. The purpose of the TSS-B Non-respondent Survey is to reduce non-response bias by phoning the non-responders to the mail/web survey and encouraging/assisting them with completing the survey.
