Siena Research Institute Brian Jette Associate Director of Production Management

As the Associate Director of Production Management for SRI, Brian Jette oversees all call center operations, leading a team of eight supervisors and more than 200 telephone interviewers. In addition to managing daily production, he serves as a key liaison between Siena Research Institute and Human Resources, ensuring seamless coordination across operations and staffing.

Brian has over 15 years of leadership experience, particularly in call center management, providing deep operation expertise in recruitment, training, scheduling, interviewer support, and production oversight. He excels in maintaining efficiency and fiscal soundness across projects while fostering a supportive, team-oriented workplace culture. Brian’s recent accomplishments include recruiting and training more than 100 student interviewers for the 2024 election season and playing a central role in transitioning to the cloud-based Voxco platform and implementing a softphone dialer system, both of which improved operational efficiency.

Brian holds a Bachelor of Science in Sports Management from SUNY Cortland. When he’s not cultivating a phenomenal team and work environment, Brian can be found serving as a volunteer coach with the Capital Region Miracle League. He enjoys playing baseball, bowling, and spending time with his family.
