Harry Hiner is a seasoned professional in the field of market research, currently serving as a trusted advisor to clients in his role focused on client consultations, research needs, study design, insights, and business strategy. With an impressive 44 years of experience in the industry, Harry brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his position.

Throughout his extensive career, Harry has amassed a diverse range of professional experiences that greatly benefit his clients. With a 44-year history in conducting strategy development research for clients, including brand positioning, product development, segmentation/targeting, and pricing, Harry has held key leadership roles at prestigious international research firms. Notably, he served as the Director of Strategic Research at Opinion Research Corporation and Vice President and Western Region Director at Yankelovich Clancy Shulman, where he also worked as the Western Region MonitorTM Consultant, contributing to social values tracking studies. Additionally, Harry represented Yankelovich as a key member of the Saatchi & Saatchi cross-marketing team, demonstrating his versatility and understanding of various industry facets.

What truly motivates and excites Harry in his role is his ability to understand the needs of clients’ prospective customers and utilize that information to assist clients in positioning their brand, defining their products, and identifying their best targets. Harry’s educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, a Bachelor of Science in Economics, and a minor in Applied Statistics, providing him with a solid foundation in research methodologies and analytical techniques.

Outside of work, Harry finds fulfillment in mentoring college students, actively participating in the American Statistical Association, and spending quality time with his family. He also enjoys pursuing his passion for scuba diving and indulging in his favorite pastime of playing contract bridge, which he enjoys several times a week.
