With a career spanning 22 years in market research, he prides himself on offering clients a unique blend of rigorous methodology and cost efficiency tailored to their specific needs, working closely with operations and project teams to ensure seamless execution of client objectives. Lance’s clients span a variety of segments including CMS, political polling, commercial market research and media research.

He finds immense satisfaction in knowing that the data collected by his team plays a pivotal role in informing critical decisions for individuals, companies, and organizations, leading to actionable insights. Throughout his career, Lance has garnered significant accomplishments, including receiving the National MRA Rising Star award early in his career, and serving as the elected President of the Greater New York MRA chapter.
Lance holds an A.A. in Accounting, a B.S. in Marketing from Hofstra University, and has completed the Dale Carnegie program. Outside of work, Lance finds joy in spending quality time with his wife, two children, and their three beloved dogs. He places a strong emphasis on health and fitness for both mind and body and indulges his passion for cooking, especially when it comes to sharing meals with friends and family. In his leisure time, Lance enjoys word games like Words with Friends and Soda Crush but is always up for a game of backgammon or Gin.
