Data Collection and Insights Team Vivian Daigler Senior Project Director

Working in survey research for nearly 20 years, and with greater than 20 years of experience managing a wide variety of research projects across multiple industries, Vivian and her role as Senior Project Manager are imperative to the ReconMR team. She offers extensive experience working with CATI, web, and hard copy surveys, questionnaire design, as well as mobile app and GPS technology data collection. She also has a broad understanding of survey research project management, including survey operations and methodologies.

As an expert in oversight of project scope, deliverables, milestones, and budget management, Vivian regularly manages multi-mode, large, small, and complex projects. She is well experienced in budget and schedule versus actual analysis and/or reporting, and managing interviewer production, quality, and fulfillment of and quotas during data collection.

Vivian ensures all members of the project teams receive proper training and all necessary materials for each project, as well as coordinates tasks and communications with prime and sub-contractors to meet all contractual obligations. She also assists with developing proposals, methodologies, sample design, project timelines, questionnaire development, and testing of survey instruments.

Vivian has been a Project Management Professional (PMP) since 2009 and is passionate about leading survey research that drives meaningful insights and real-world impact. Beyond her work, Vivian takes pleasure in spending time with her family, cuddling with her pets, and takes pride in her indoor plants, particularly her orchids. She also enjoys solving jigsaw puzzles and playing games that allow her to exercise her problem-solving and strategic thinking skills.
