Claritza Guzmán brings over twenty-five years of invaluable experience to her role as Senior Project Manager at ReconMR. Her journey in the market research industry began as a Bilingual interviewer and translator at Harris Interactive in Rochester, NY. Throughout her career, Claritza has ascended through various roles, from supervisor to operations manager, eventually settling into project management. Specializing in international markets, she adeptly employs multiple modes of data collection to deliver comprehensive insights to clients.

Over the past decade, Claritza has carved a niche for herself in managing online studies, demonstrating exceptional proficiency in leveraging online survey platforms, in-house databases, and panel companies. Her expertise extends to collaborating with clients to develop meticulously crafted questionnaires and strategic study deployment methods. Claritza’s dynamic professionalism is underscored by her robust project management and communication skills, coupled with an unwavering commitment to diligence and adaptability.

Claritza holds a BS in Business Administration from the State University of New York at Brockport and boasts over two decades of experience as a Spanish language translator.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Claritza’s vibrant personality is reflected in her involvement as President of the Association of Latin American Students (ALAS) at Brockport for two years. A Scrabble champion for three consecutive years in ALAS tournaments and a consistent top contender in Spades Tournaments for four years, Claritza’s competitive spirit shines through. While in college she brought Luis Miranda (of “Hamilton” fame) to speak at an ALAS event, winning her a 2 year internship at the Hispanic Federation of New York City Additionally, her passion for culture and expression led her to dance in the Sankofa African Drum and Dance Ensemble for two years, adding yet another dimension to her diverse interests and talents.
